1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI CV Screening ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of AI CV Screening, a company registered in Poland.
2. Description of Service
AI CV Screening provides an AI-powered platform for automated resume parsing, candidate screening, and recruitment workflow automation. The Service is intended for businesses and HR professionals.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.
4. User Accounts
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful recruitment and HR purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to process candidate data without a valid legal basis under applicable data protection law (including GDPR);
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service;
- Use the Service to transmit any unsolicited communications or engage in discriminatory hiring practices;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.
6. Candidate Data & GDPR
When you upload or process resumes and candidate information through the Service, you act as the data controller. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing personal data and for providing candidates with appropriate privacy notices. We act as a data processor on your behalf in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are the exclusive property of AI CV Screening or its licensors and are protected by Polish and international intellectual property laws. No licence to our IP is granted except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI CV Screening shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.
