Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow these six simple steps to automate your recruitment screening workflow.

1. Create a Job Pipeline & Define Requirements

To get accurate screening results, you first need to establish the framework and context that the AI will use to evaluate your candidates.

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  2. Locate the Job Description input area.
  3. Paste your full role description, including necessary technical skills, core soft skills, and minimum experience requirements.
  4. Click + Add tag to classify the role. Select relevant tags from the dropdown menu (e.g., backend, frontend, full-stack, golang) to help categorize your technical stack.

2. Bulk Upload Candidate Resumes

You don't need to waste hours importing resumes individually. Our platform utilizes high-speed parallel parsing to process bulk batches effortlessly.

  • Drag and Drop: Move your candidate CV files directly into the upload dropzone, or click the area to select files from your local drive.
  • Supported Formats: The system accepts .pdf, .docx, .md, .txt, and compressed .zip archives.
  • File Constraints: Individual files can be up to 10MB in size.
  • Initialize Screening: Once your batch of documents completes loading, click the Create job & start screening button in the lower right-hand corner.

3. Track Real-Time AI Ranking

Once submitted, your candidates are systematically parsed and scored against your targeted job description constraints within seconds.

  • Processing Queue: In the Ranked Candidates dashboard interface, you will see your uploaded filenames initialize in a background queue.
  • Automated Categorization: As parsing wraps up, each candidate is dynamically assigned a concrete fitness score out of 100 alongside an explicit matching tier:
    • 🟢 Strong (High requirement alignment)
    • 🔵 Good (Solid foundational match)
    • 🟡 Fair (Partial alignment / missing secondary criteria)
    • 🟠 Weak (Major missing technical dependencies)
    • 🔴 Poor (Unrelated background)

4. Analyze Deep-Dive Insights (Pros & Cons)

Clicking on any candidate's row opens an expanded evaluation panel, unpacking the specific rationale behind their AI score.

  • Pros: Highlights areas of exceptionally strong alignment, such as precise years of framework experience, exact tooling matches, or specialized architecture exposure.
  • Cons: Surfaces key omissions or structural gaps, such as a missing secondary language competency, lack of web application scale handling, or lack of leadership visibility.
  • Extracted Contact Data: Instantly accesses verified contact info pulled directly from the CV, including Phone Numbers, Emails, Physical Location, and LinkedIn URLs.

5. Advanced Pipeline Filtering & Cleanup

Keep your talent pool tightly structured by isolating top candidates or permanently clearing away unaligned resumes.

  • Sorting: Order your candidate list sequentially using parameters like Name, AI Score, or Submission Date.
  • Filtering: Use the right-hand panel criteria to isolate specific bands (e.g., viewing only Poor applicants to safely reject unaligned profiles).
  • Bulk Deletion: To keep your active interface workspace uncluttered, select a filtered group and click Delete CVs to permanently purge them from the active pipeline.

6. Export Shortlists to CSV

Seamlessly migrate your AI-vetted applicant rankings into external spreadsheets, internal hiring trackers, or standard enterprise ATS frameworks.

  1. Once your shortlist is finalized, click the Export CSV button in the top right dashboard banner.
  2. A structured .csv spreadsheet file will download directly to your computer.
  3. The export includes organized columns mapping out Candidate Names, Contact Information, Overall AI Scores, and brief Evaluation Breakdowns.
