Welcome to the inaugural release of AI CV Screening! This launch delivers the core screening pipeline: bulk CV upload, AI-powered candidate scoring, and shortlist export.

What's New

  • Bulk CV Upload: Upload up to 250 PDF or Word CVs per batch. Files are parsed automatically regardless of formatting or layout.
  • AI Candidate Scoring: Each candidate is scored 0–100 against your job description. The shortlist is ranked by match score so you review the strongest profiles first.
  • Highlights & Flags: The platform surfaces matched skills and experience, missing requirements, and employment gaps for every candidate.
  • CSV Export: Export the full ranked shortlist to CSV for sharing with hiring managers or importing into your ATS.
  • Credit Dashboard: Track your screening credit balance, view usage history, and top up credits directly from the dashboard.

Fixes & Enhancements

  • CV Parser: Improved extraction accuracy for multi-column resume layouts and non-standard section headings.
  • Scoring Engine: Reduced false-positive matches for peripheral skill mentions (e.g., a candidate listing a technology only in a course description).
  • Mobile Layout: The screening results view is now fully responsive for review on mobile and tablet.
